Privacy Policy
Porada Advisory provides a range of accounting, financial and business coaching services. At times we need to collect personal information from users of our platforms so we can provide services that suit your needs. This Privacy Policy explains how Porada Advisory collects, uses and protects information provided to us through our platforms and services.
By using our platforms or services, or by providing us with your personal information, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where appropriate, we will also ask for your consent when we collect your information, for example when you join our waitlist or mailing list. We recommend you read this document in full. This policy may be updated at any time by posting a revised version on our platforms. This Privacy Policy was last updated 11 October 2026.
Personal information we collect and how it is used:
We collect, use and store various types of personal information, including personal details, contact details, transactional details, financial information, employee and contractor records, third-party information and any other personal information required to provide our services. We collect this information through our platforms and when you communicate with Porada Advisory in the course of our services.
We collect personal information to provide you with our services, collect payment, troubleshoot problems, improve our services, communicate with you about updates, promotions and new products, for administration, planning and trend analysis, and for any other reason disclosed to you when we collect it.
Our mailing list, waitlist and membership:
If you subscribe to updates or become a member of Clarity Circle, we collect details such as your name and email address and store them in our membership and email platform. We use them to manage your membership, send you information about our services and sessions, and communicate with you about your account. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email, or by contacting us.
Payments:
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t store your full card details. They are handled by the payment provider under its own security and privacy practices.
Messaging:
If you do contact us through socials or WhatsApp, your messages are handled by the platform’s own terms and privacy policy, and we may keep a record of our conversation as part of providing our services. Please avoid sending sensitive documents or financial details through messaging apps. We can arrange a more secure method if needed.
Online sessions:
Our online sessions are held using a third-party video meeting service (currently the public Jitsi Meet service). Your use of that service is also subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy practices, and information such as your name or display name, IP address and device details may be processed by the provider. We do not record our sessions. Please be mindful of your own privacy when joining, such as what appears in your background or on your screen, and let us know if you have any concerns.
Information disclosure:
Porada Advisory acknowledges the importance of protecting the privacy of your personal information and is committed to complying with all privacy laws. We will never sell any personal information to a third party for advertising purposes, and we will not disclose your information except as described in this policy or with your authorisation. As part of the services we provide, we may disclose information to regulatory, government and other agencies to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, or where there is a legal or professional right or duty to disclose.
Service providers and overseas disclosure:
We use third-party service providers to run our business and deliver our services. These include Google Workspace (email, documents and calendar), Systeme.io (our membership platform, email lists and member area), Stripe (payment processing), WordPress (our website), Jitsi (online sessions) and WhatsApp (messaging). These providers may handle personal information on our behalf, but only so we can provide our services, and we expect them to protect it.
Some of these providers are located overseas or store and process information in other countries, including the United States and countries in Europe. By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may be handled in those countries. We take reasonable steps to make sure our providers handle personal information appropriately, but their own privacy policies also apply.
Protecting your information:
We store all personal information electronically and take all reasonable steps to protect it from being lost, modified or accessed without authorisation. We take reasonable steps to keep records accurate and relevant to the services being provided, and we use administrative and technical controls to restrict access to personal information to people who have authority to access it. We cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet, and you do so at your own risk.
How long we keep information:
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it to provide our services, meet our legal and professional obligations (including record-keeping requirements), and resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or de-identify it.
Accessing and correcting your personal information:
You may access your personal information, or ask us to correct it, at any time. To make a request, please contact us at porada.advisory@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Third party links:
Our platforms contain links to other sites and platforms. Porada Advisory is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those platforms. Please familiarise yourself with their privacy practices before submitting any personal information to them.
